We have great news! Negotiations yesterday afternoon with the Harris County, Texas, District Attorney’s Office resulted in dropping all of the raw milk-related charges against the Houston-area courier.

State Raw Milk Bills – 2014 Update

It’s been another busy session for raw milk legislation in the state legislatures. A number of bills have been introduced that would legalize or expand raw milk sales or distribution.
